Amazing! The focus is perfect, and i love how you've made something mundane and not very interesting into a beautiful piece of art! The quality couldn't be better, and the tiny details you've captured are breathtaking!
I honestly wouldn't change a thing, this is perfection! You've got a real talent, luckydesigns!
I absolutely adore these colors and the soft focus. I like the little sparkly things too (I suppose it's from the lens flare?) and how the background is out of focus. This looks like it belongs in a fantasy setting or a dreamscape. Very beautiful.
i felt like saying "awww" yet idk why. this is a beautiful photograph and i really like your title. usually i see pretty pictures of flowers butfinally! some branches! the title really fits well. and the focus and light is amazing!
I love that this is shows two sides of a coin. On the one hand, this could be an image of hopelessness, or even death, given that these plants have met their end. But there is also a sense of lightness that makes me think "rebirth." Its almost phoenix-like in that regard. The title I think is quite apropos. Good job!
beautiful photograph! i love those reflections and the golden light. the focus is good to, makes this peace very soft and dreamy which is much in contrast to the spiny plant. the colors are very harmonic too. composition is lovely too very good work
Project Comment: This is very nice shot. I really like the golden light. To me it's very peaceful I also like the combination of soft light and that thorny plant. The tree log next to the plant also adds to the picture. Everything is nice here. I only have some suggestions:
Try to crop one third of the picture from the left hand side. I think the plant itself is perfectly enough to say the story of this image. On the left hand side it's empty and nothing interesting.
Also there is a bright spot on the bottom of the image where the plant stick to the tree. Try to remove it by photoshop or crop it out. That is distracting to eyes. I can see another spot on the left but I don't care because the subject is the plant, bush, offshoot or whatever, so as soon as you crop that it's gone
The other suggestion is I wish I could see the offshoot in more details. Part of it is out of focus, considering your aperture was 5.6, I reckon your camera focus was toward the middle of the tree log rather than the plant... since the subject, I think, is the plant, I expect to see more details. if you're able to shoot this photograph again, try and practice the different result.
Overall, this image is very nice, calm and peaceful. Well done!
